My new fave snack:

A couple granola bites and this strawberry/raspberry smoothie:

1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. frozen strawberries
1/3 c. frozen raspberries
1 T. sugar
1/3 c. ice cubes

Blend milk, berries, and sugar.  Add ice and blend until smooth.  It actually makes a decent serving, and I use less sugar.  Yum!
