Gaming
Hopefully within the next five years, Blake and I will have a lovely entertainment and gaming area in our basement. I'm most excited about purchasing a shuffleboard table. If you've never played, you're missing out.

But, 22' is tournament size! Just think of all the extra income you could bring in, hosting tournaments in your basement.
