It's a word game. For each word you answer correctly, Free Rice donates 10 grains of rice through the United Nations to help end hunger. It's a win-win situation. You get to test your vocabulary and practice a little philanthropy while somewhere in the world, someone is getting the grains of rice you donated by expanding your knowledge. You can't beat that. Don't forget to come back on a daily basis and donate as much rice as you can. My total today is 1400 grains of rice.
